NextGen Ministries Administrative Assistant / Database Support
Reports To: Christ Chapel Next Generation Pastor
Position Type: Full-Time, hourly (40 hours)
We are actively searching for a dedicated NextGen Ministries Administrative Assistant to join our team; in addition to supporting the NextGen ministries, we also hope that this role would contribute to the development and maintenance of our Church Management System and database. The person who is in this role Is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Kids, Students, and Young Adults teams in the administration of duties of the NextGen Ministries department to support the mission of helping accomplish the vision and mission of our church. This person will also help maintain and support other ministries areas need within Planning Center, our Church Management System.

Ministry Administrative Assistant – Discipleship
Reports To: Pastor of Discipleship Minsitry
Position Type: Full-Time, hourly (40 hours)
This position provides administrative support to the Discipleship Pastor (Living Hope Department) and their ministry teams under their direction. In addition to supporting Living Hope, this person will serve as a part of the support staff of Christ Chapel Church at large, at times assisting with various administrative needs supporting the church at large.
